Mr. Thorneasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether he can give any information in connection with the charge made against John Linday, Cyril Manuell and Sydney Cyril Zeitlin accused of asking £1,876 for tinned fruit worth £667, who were charged at Bow Street Police Court on Friday, 19th September; and whether they were charged also with conspiracy?
