HC Deb 07 October 1941 vol 374 c833
43. Mr. R. C. Morrison

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that many members of the public, whose clothing coupons have been lost or destroyed, are suffering hardship through their inability to obtain clothing and footwear; and whether he is now able to state when declaration forms for replacement will be ready?

Sir A. Duncan

Declaration forms enabling the public to obtain replacement of lost clothing coupons may now be obtained at all money-order post offices, local W.V.S. centres and Citizens' Advice Bureaux. These forms should be completed in the presence pf a justice of the peace and forwarded to the appropriate Area Office of the Board of Trade, of which the address will be found on the back of the form.
