§ The Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies (Mr. George Hall)The Governor of Nigeria is being asked to furnish information in regard to the first and second parts of the Question. As regards the third part of the Question, His Majesty's Government have constantly in mind the progressive evolution of self-governing institutions in all parts of the Colonial Empire.
