§ Mr. SmithIf there has been no change in the terms of reference, can the Minister clear up the point as to what kind of education the committee are considering? Is it secondary, technical or purely vocational?
Mr. HudsonI gave a reply on this subject on 31st July, and I will send my hon. Friend a copy of it. The situation still stands as I described it then.
