§ Sir A. SinclairA personal issue of a waterproof, fleece-lined storm coat is being made to every observer and will be completed shortly. In the meantime, as I informed the hon. Member for West Leyton (Mr. Sorensen) on 22nd October, an adequate supply of warm clothing is available at all the posts for men on duty.
