§ Miss RathboneIs the Prime Minister aware that this long delay is causing great uneasiness both in Ethiopia itself and among friends of Ethiopia in this country, and can he explain why it is taking so long to arrive at an agreement?
§ The Prime MinisterThis matter has to be carefully considered, and communications with Abyssinia take some time, but I can assure my hon. Friend that no undue or needless delay is taking place.
