§ Mr. H. MorrisonThe Order confers the right of entry to premises to which it applies. As regards the general question of unoccupied houses, I would refer to the reply which I gave to the hon. and gallant Member for St. Marylebone (Captain Cunningham-Reid) on 22nd May.
