§ Captain WaterhousePart II of the War Damage Act relates only to goods insurable under the business or private chattels schemes, and not to the premises themselves. Premises come within Part I of the Act. Goods insurable under the business scheme which have sustained war damage between the dates referred to will be regarded as covered provided the owner takes out a policy before 1st June.
