§ 40. Sir H. Morris-Jonesasked the Minister of Information what steps he is taking to counteract German propaganda and influence in the Middle East; and whether he is satisfied that the work of his Department is not being in any way restricted through lack of adequate finance?
Mr. CooperAll possible steps are being taken by news services, broadcasting, films, and by literary and pictorial publicity, to see that the truth is known over the Middle East. It would not be in the public interest to describe the methods in detail, but they are not hampered by lack of adequate finance.
