§ Sir W. SmithersWhile thanking the Prime Minister for his Answer, is it the fact that the Judge has only had before him the evidence that was before the Select Committee, and will my right hon. Friend now ask the Law Officers of the Crown and the Public Prosecutor to examine any further evidence that may be submitted, so that this unsatisfactory and damaging state of affairs may quickly be cleared up?
