Resolved, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make temporary provision for enabling Allied and associated Powers to establish and maintain in the United Kingdom Maritime Courts for the trial and punishment of certain offences committed by persons other than British subjects, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred in connection with the establishment of local tribunals under the said Act or arising out of any jurisdiction exercisable by such tribunals." —(King's Recommendation signified.) —[Mr. Herbert Morrison.]
