HC Deb 27 March 1941 vol 370 cc678-9
20. Mr. Rhys Davies

asked the Minister of Health whether he will take steps to ensure that arrangements are made for access to all underground pure water in case of damage by air raids to existing supplies?

The Minister of Health (Mr. Ernest Brown)

In the public interest it is not desirable for me to go into details as to the measures adopted for securing continuity of water supply, but my hon. Friend may rest assured that the matter to which he refers has not been overlooked.
