§ Mr. LawThe Answer to the first part of the Question is, in the affirmative. Transfer to other arms or corps of the Army and to the other two Services is open to suitable personnel of the Pioneer 10 Corps. The conditions applicable to such transfers consist of certain qualifications in respect of age, nationality, medical category and technical proficiency which vary according to the arm, corps or Service to which transfer is sought.
