§ Mr. ButlerA representative of the German Armistice Commission has been at Casablanca for some months. Early in February a considerable number of German officers, non-commissioned officers and men are reported to have arrived there in uniform and bearing arms. Estimates of their number vary. The Commission is said to include technicians of various kinds.
