§ That provision shall be made for modifying—
- (a) obligations to pay sums free of Income Tax or free of Income Tax other than Surtax or sums so calculated as to leave a specified amount after deduction of Income Tax;
- (b) obligations to pay sums in respect of the Income Tax of another person."

That it be an Instruction to the Committee on the Finance Bill that they have power to make provision therein pursuant to the said Resolution.
