§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Aircraft Production (Mr. Montague)It is for the courts to deal 485 with the interpretation of the Compensation (Defence) Act, 1939. The administrative arrangements for dealing with compensation questions on behalf of my Department are at present under discussion, but I can assure my hon. Friend (hat whatever arrangements are adopted will be designed to give firms concerned a fair deal.
