§ Mr. George HallThere is no general "Undesirable Literature Ordinance," as is suggested by my hon. Friend. Each colony has separate legislation on the subject. Much labour would be necessary here and in the colonies to compile the particulars asked for, and I regret that in present circumstances it is not possible for it to be undertaken.
