§ Mr. SandysThe release for publication of a book written by a prisoner of war is a matter for decision by the military authorities under whose care he is detained. I have no information regarding the particular case to which my hon. Friend refers, but I am having inquiries made from the Canadian authorities.
§ Mr. StraussDoes that mean that when a British prisoner of war is sent to Canada, a book can be published without the permission of the British authorities, 1242 dealing with something which he has written?
