Resolved, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to confer on the Treasury powers for giving effect to a loan agreement made between His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, and to provide for payments in respect of the disposal of securities, income and other payments for the purposes of the agreement, it is expedient that the said payments should be made out of the Exchange Equalisation Account and that the making thereof should be treated as an investment of funds in that Account."—(King's Recommendation signified.)—[Sir K.
