MorrisonI have made inquiry and find that three men, one of whom was, I understand, formerly in the employment of the War Office, were charged on 30th June with offences under the Army Act in relation to the property mentioned, and are to appear again at Bow Street Police Court on 6th August. My hon. Friend will appreciate that it is not possible for any further statement to be made until the cases have been disposed of by the Court.
