Mr. CooperThe answer to the first part of the Question is in the affirmative. With regard to the second part, applications are not invited for appointments of this nature. The salary attached to the post is £1,500 a year for a temporary and £1,700 a year for an established officer. The appointment will be made by the Minister of Information.
