Major Lloyd GeorgeI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the billeting of Navy, Army and Air Force personnel. This matter has been under discussion with representatives of the Services Departments, who have agreed a scheme for the registration of billeted personnel. Arrangements are being made to bring the scheme into operation as soon as possible.
