§ Mr. RamsbothamThe. attention of local education authorities was directed to this matter by an Administrative Memorandum issued last September, a copy of which I am sending to my hon. Friend. A recent inquiry indicates that the great majority of authorities had already made arrangements for first-aid to be taught to all boys and girls before leaving school and that in the remaining cases such arrangements were being completed.
