HC Deb 23 January 1941 vol 368 cc302-3
68. Mr. Leach

asked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been drawn to the death of Amy Margery Oldham, aged 38 years, a clerk in Coventry education office, who died at 216, Rugby Road, Leamington, a short time after the second injection of anti-typhoid vaccine; whether he is aware that Miss Oldham had always been very healthy; and whether the super added acute toxic myocarditis, which was one of the causes of her death, was due to the injection of anti-typhoid vaccine?

Mr. M. MacDonald

I am making inquiries into this case. I will communicate with the hon. Member when I have received details.
