asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether the Australian Naval Board are in communication with the Admiralty concerning their investigation into the possession of an Admiralty naval code by German raiders in the Pacific?

Yes, Sir. Whenever a ship falls into enemy hands the possibility of any codes having been compromised is fully examined, and appropriate action is taken.
