§ The Secretary for Petroleum (Mr. Geoffrey Lloyd)The communication of 9th December to which the hon. Member refers was received by me on 18th December and was duly acknowledged on that day. After making the necessary inquiries 33 into the question raised, I wrote to the hon. Member on 23rd December, giving him all the available information in my possession. I hope that he has received this full reply, but, if not, I shall be glad to supply him with a copy.
