Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Clause, as amended, stand part of the Bill."

Sub-section (3) which has just been deleted from the Bill provides that an order of the Board of Trade shall be laid before Parliament. I assume that there is some other Act of Parliament or Regulation which requires that the Order shall be laid before Parliament.

A new Clause dealing with all Regulations is to be moved, and that is why this Sub-section has been deleted here.
