asked the Secretary of State for War (1) whether he will consider the free issue of uniforms to cadets;

(2) whether he will consider the granting of the King's Commission to cadet officers?

Certain proposals with regard to the Cadet Force are now under consideration by the Army Council, and I hope to be able to make an announcement in the near future.
