May I ask the Lord Privy Seal whether he is in a position to make a statement of the Business to be taken on the third Sitting Day?

On the third Sitting Day we shall take the Report stage of outstanding Civil Supplementary Estimates; Second Reading of the Land Drainage (Scotland) Bill, and the Committee stage of the necessary Money Resolution, and Second Readings of the Diplomatic Privileges (Extension) Bill (Lords), and of the Air-Raid Precautions (Postponement of Financial Investigation) Bill.
