§ The Joint Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Home Security (Mr. Mabane)This is really no more than a book-keeping transaction. It relates to the receipts in respect of the sales of steel helmets, etc., and will enable the amount which the Ministry of Home Security Vote will require to draw from the Vote of Credit to be reduced proportionately by the appropriation of these receipts.
