§ Mr. AsshetonI am glad to say that Groups Joint Councils have been set up for the food trades, drapery and clothing trades, newsagents, stationers, tobacco and confectioners' trades and the hairdressing trade. Some meetings have already taken place, and others are in course of arrangement.
