§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Health (Miss Horsbrugh)Bunks, sanitary conveniences, heating, lighting and other amenities have been installed in a substantial proportion of the public and communal domestic shelters in every area in which these shelters are likely to be used for sleeping. In addition, bunks have been installed free of charge to householders in Anderson and other individual domestic shelters. The work is progressing as fast as available supplies of material and labour permit.
