§ Mr. GranvilleAs I am not asking an indiscreet question as to what steps His Majesty's Government are taking, but in view of the great public interest in this question and in the public statement by President Roosevelt calling for worldwide strategy, may I ask whether that is the policy of His Majesty's Government, and whether active steps have been taken to carry it out both as regards war organisation and production?
