§ The Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Aircraft Production (Mr. Montague)I should be glad to make use of the part-time services of Civil Defence personnel if a workable scheme could be devised. The question is under examination between the Departments concerned but my hon. and gallant Friend will appreciate that there are many practical difficulties to be overcome before his proposal could be adopted.
