Mr. JohnstonThe allocation of food for adequate school meals as determined on medical advice is set out in the Scottish Education Department Circular 209 of 19th November, 1941, a copy of which I am sending to my hon. Friend. The Minister of Food has agreed to make the prescribed quantities of food available.
