Major Lloyd GeorgeChange of retailer can only be effected where permission is given by a local food control committee. Each application is considered on its merits. I would remind my hon. Friend that during the recent period of registration it was open to consumers, if they so desired, to register with a retailer who could supply certified T.T. or sterilised milk.
