asked the Prime Minister whether he is now prepared to set up a Department, under a Minister of Cabinet rank, which shall be charged with the duty of conducting political warfare in enemy and enemy-occupied countries?

In view of the widespread impression that we are not making the fullest use of our opportunities in this direction, would my right hon. Friend review his decision from time to time at frequent intervals?

Mr. Attlee

I am quite sure that my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister will have that consideration in mind.
