asked the Secretary of State for War whether any arrangements have been made with the Protecting Power for non-commissioned officers and other ranks amongst British prisoners of war in Germany to pursue studies interrupted by the war, on the same lines as those arranged for officers?

Arrangements have been made, through the British Red Cross Society, to afford non-commissioned officers and other ranks in prisoner-of-war camps in Germany the same facilities as officers. for pursuing studies interrupted by the war.
