Friends the Service Ministers and the Secretary of State for Scotland and I are awaiting the results of the measures which 1690 we have taken to carry out the other recommendations of the Robinson Committee, and in the meantime we have not thought it necessary to set up any special priority organisation such as is referred to by my hon. Friend. The matter will, however, be kept under consideration.
