HC Deb 08 April 1941 vol 370 c1393
13. Sir Reginald Blair

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether, now that the Export Council is relieving the Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department of some of his duties, he will consider the advisability of the Minister proceeding abroad to organise the delivery of British exports for South America, in order to solve the difficulties of delivery which are hampering the export trade developed by the Willingdon Mission?

Captain Waterhouse

No, Sir.
