§ The VICE-CHAMBERLAIN OF THE HOUSEHOLD (Major Sir JAMES EDMONDSON) reported His Majesty's Answer to the Address, as followeth:
§ I have received your Address praying that the Order-in-Council dated 28th February, 1941, made under the Emergency Powers (Defence) Acts, 1939 and 1940, amending Regulation 42B of, and adding Regulation 42Ba to the Defence (General) Regulations, 1939. be annulled.
§ I shall give directions in accordance with your Address.
