MorrisonThe instructions given to the police provide that when lights are observed in a Service Department's establishment, the matter is reported by the police to the Officer Commanding the establishment or unit concerned. The Service Departments have issued instructions to secure that these reports receive proper attention, and that any necessary disciplinary action is taken.
