§ 22. Mr. Cocksasked the Secretary of State for War whether facilities in addition to those which already exist can be offered for the recruitment of Jews abroad for active service in the British Army?
§ Captain MargessonConsideration has been given to the possibility of offering further facilites for the recruitment of Jews abroad for active service in the British Army, but, in view of the present 840 pressure on our resources, especially in the matter of equipment, it is likely to be some time before effect could be given to any such scheme.
