Mr. M. MacDonaldYes, Sir. In view of the advisability of saving the use of paper, it is undesirable to send copies of 183 these circulars to all hon. Members, whether they wish to have them or not, but if hon. Members who wish to have copies of these documents will communicate with me, I will gladly send them a set.
