§ Mr. AttleeWhere the release of news involves security considerations, the Censorship Division of the Ministry of Information is bound to act in accordance with the instructions it receives from the Service Department or Departments concerned. The responsibility to which my hon. and gallant Friend refers rests therefore with these Departments.
