§ Mr. H. MorrisonLicensing hours are fixed within the limits prescribed by Statute by the licensing justices, after consideration of the needs of their districts. I have no power to vary the hours, and, on my present information, I am not satisfied that there are sufficient grounds for amending the law so as to give effect to my hon. and gallant Friend's proposal.
