asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether he is now able to state what action is being taken as a result of the Report by the Select Committee on Publications and Debates Reports, recommending that certain steps should be taken to increase the circulation of the Official Report through the British Broadcasting Corporation, by advertising and by circulars to libraries, clubs, societies and educative institutions?
