§ Sir J. AndersonAs I have previously informed the hon. Member, a committee has been set up to investigate the question of luminescent materials, and the possibilities of their application for air-raid precautions purposes. This committee is actively pursuing its inquiries, but the committee is not yet in a position to issue a report, or to formulate proposals.
