§ Mr. LindsayI am unable to give precise information as to the number of areas in which there exists the close liaison recommended in paragraph 10 of Circular 1450. While direct responsibility does not lie with the Board of Education I am most anxious to secure full co-operation in this matter and if the hon. Member has in mind any cases in which it is not working effectively I shall be glad to inquire into them.
