§ Sir A. DuncanNo licences are being granted for the importation of shirts of woven material from any foreign country except France. As regards knitted shirts, no licence has yet been issued under the agreement between British and Japanese hosiery manufacturers to which I referred in my reply to the hon. Member for Jarrow (Miss Wilkinson) on 27th February.
